## Detailed platform (six pillars)

1. **Affordability.** Hold the line on residential property taxes. Cut red tape on multi-unit housing. Advocate to the province for rent caps. Lower transit and rec fees for seniors and low-income families.
2. **Healthcare in our community.** Advocate for community care clinics across Moncton. Back paramedics, nurses, and mental health crisis teams. Invest in city rec programs as preventive health.
3. **Education and youth.** Safe routes to school in every ward. Free or low-cost rec passes for every Moncton kid. Partnerships with the public library, school districts, and youth groups. Advocate for early French immersion.
4. **Economic development.** Make Moncton the easiest Maritimes city to start a small business. Revitalize downtown corridors. Advocate for faster foreign credential recognition. Close cell and internet gaps.
5. **Environment and mobility.** Net-zero municipal buildings and an electric city fleet by 2035. Protected bike lanes. Expand free heat pump and home energy retrofit programs. Grow the urban tree canopy.
